BIOS NAVIGATION ISSUES
I have a Dell Inspiron 3521
I can't navigate to the settings in BIOS. It's like i'm blocked/Locked from making changes. As you can see in the third picture, i can go to 'miscellaneous device' which turns white, so using the arrow keys it skips all the others and goes to 'miscellaneous device' only.
All the texts should be in blue like in the second picture(security). Here when i navigate in the security section it turns white.

In order to avail yourself of those fields, you MUST have attached the device you want to boot from before you enter setup - and that device MUST contain a UEFI-bootable GPT partition.
