BIOS Unlock Using Hint Code
Hi,
I'm running into an issue where the laptop is asking for a BIOS password and presenting a hint key. Can someone help with this if I can provide the Service Tag and/or Hint code?

Hi,
Any BIOS password requests must be made via the phone to Technical Support for security reasons
