hmm, with my limited experience I have only seen that happening when the CMOS battery was failing or disconnected.
Perhaps someone else with my experience can put forward another explanation.

Yes!Now  everytime i turn on my computer i have to hit F1 to boot where B4 the welcome screen came up.

Are you talking about the battery for the laptop? There was also a message about pressing F5 to bring the battery down then i had to fully recharge it B4 turning back on the computer well thx for your reply any how!

Did you press F1, boot up to Windows desktop then restart your computer to see if the error message disappeared?

The CMOS battery is a small battery which attaches to your motherboard.
It is different from the much larger battery that you use to power the system with.
