this did not work. The screen constantly cuts off as I am actively using it. How do I reinstall the video drivers? I tried following the instructions that someone else on this website posted here
"1.Click “Start”.
2.Click “Control Panel” and select “Device Manager”.
3.On the “Device Manager” window, expand “Display adapters”.
4.Right click the graphics driver listed and click “Uninstall”.
5.Ensure to check the box for “Delete driver software for this device”.
6.Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
Thank you for your reply and for providing an update on the status.
You will need to click on the "Drivers & Downloads" tab to list the drivers for your system. Please select the Operating System from the drop down menu and download the Video drivers for it from the Video section.
You will need to disable the screensaver in Windows and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps provided below:
1. Right click on desktop and select "Personalization" 2. Click on "Screensaver" and set it to "NONE" 3. If that doesn't fix the issue, then make sure that you have the "Turn off the display" option set to "Never" in your power plan settings for both "On Battery" and "Plugged in" in Control Panel.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Updating the video drivers seems to have fixed the issue as it also works on an external monitor. Please let me know if the issue persists, so that I can check and help you further.

Ok that seems to work. What happens if it cuts off again? I connected it to a computer monitor and it seems fine?
