Try connecting an external monitor when it happens to see if you see the same thing on the external monitor (press Fn+F8 so you can get image on the monitor) if that doesnt work try updating the video drivers on the system, if still no go run the Dell diags on the system, if the diags on the system pass it could be a software error when your running the diags on the system and an error comes up write it down so when you call tech support they will know what to do, but try the options that i gave you before you give them a call most likly they will have you do these steps.

Hey there, I ran the diagnostic test and it showed no error, I even went to symtom tree > windows blue screen, and nothing......
If it's a software, how do I know which one is doing these things to my laptop...?
