Blue Screen NEED HELP!!

I really need some help with this. I can not close my laptop because every time it goes into standby or shut off it comes back to the blue screen with an error. It lists different errors, STOP Memory dump. When I re-boot several times I can get it back. Do you think Windows XP needs to be reinstalled? Please help.

First, try doing a system restore to a previous date prior to this problem starting and see if that works. Check all the display settings on stand-by and hibernation. You may have to boot into safe mode to make those setting changes.

I am having the same problem, I reinstalled Windows XP last night and I am still having some issues because windows XP didnt load correctly. Dell is supposed to be sending me a new disc to try it again but Im thinking its a windows issue because other people ive talked to today are having trouble as well...If you find out something new let me know and I will keep you posted to my findings as well...

Well I tried that, still everytime it goes to sleep the blue screen comes back.

I wouldn't advise posting my email address on a public forum. There are internet BOTS that their sole purpose in life is to gather email address' from forums. Just a little advise. I only pray it isn't too late.
