Hi w3i,
If you have updated all the drivers from the support website after upgrading to Windows 8.1, there should have been no issues. Since the issue is persisting, check if the BIOS is of the latest version. If not, update the BIOS. Click on the link below, enter the system service tag and click Submit. Select the Operating system from the drop down list to get drivers for your system model:

After the BIOS is updated, run complete update and then check.

The bluetooth issue was solved. I installed it by myself even though the system detected the updates but failed to proceed. But how's about quickset error? I saw many people posted it and mentioned that the quickset error is because of update in pro wireless driver. And one more thing , how can I approach the warranty part? Coz I found the "number 7" keypad is dislodge since I received, I no sent it at that time coz I needed laptop for assignment purposes even that it doesnt affect me. Thx you

Hi w3i,
Good to know the Bluetooth issue is resolved. I request you to update chipset driver first and then update the quickset driver and the issue should be resolved.
Chipset: http://dell.to/1an5o1t
Quickset: http://dell.to/18SPHPf
Restart the system after each update. Reply with the status.
With regards to ‘7’ key pad dislodge, provide the screen shot of the same to check and assist you further. Also let me know if 7 key responds.

Hi w3i,
Thank you for the pictures. With regards to quickset driver issue, have you run complete Windows update after the drivers update?
To resolve the keyboard issue, send me a private message with the system service tag to assist you further. Please click on my name and click Start Conversation to send me a private message.

HI
Can we try to run this fixit from Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/mats/ie_performance_and_safety and before we run this fixit uninstall Quickset and run the fixit and than reinstall Quickset. You could try updating the latest Bios version as well
