Bluetooth latency issues

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing bloetooth mouse glitchiness any time file processing is taking place on the computer.

- Mouse works perfectly all other times

- Tranferring files over the network (not using bluetooth) makes the mouse "stutter" until the transfers are complete

- Compressing files, with WinRAR for example, will make the mouse stutter until the compression operation is finished.

- This happens using two separate BT mice.  The Portable Dell BT mouse and the Kensington Slimblade

- Issue does not occur when using a wired mouse or an USB wireless mouse.

- Computer is an XPS M1530

I hope this is enough information to start tracking this issue down.
