Bluetooth missing problem, finnaly solved..
Hello forum, I just want to share my problem and the way I solve it..
I'm the man who yesterday confusing about missing bluetooth at Inspiron 1520 after I reinstall my OS..
After more than 2weeks I have it problem, last night I try to open all drivers via DOS..I open bluetooth driver R140135, then I try to setup bluetooth with setup.exe, its not work, then I try to uninstall all bluetooth program with uninstall.exe, then after all uninstall finish, I try to install again with inst.exe, in the middle of installation the system ask me to turn on my bluetooth with fn+f2 key or radio on/off switch, I try to turn on but it cannot, so I just cancel it and system continuing installed bluetooth software..after installation finish, thanks god I found my bluetooth back, I just need to turn on my Hardware Bluetooth from the tray and..finish..my bluetooth is comming again..
PS : If you can't inst.exe via DOS, after uninstall.exe u can install bluetooth from driver list on windows..
Because I'm still amateur, I dont know if my way to solve the problem is right or wrong???..but It's working with me..

For Windows Vista downgrading to Windows XP there is a patch that can be installed re-enable the radio. And for Vista the radio should be found, unless its got a hardware issue.

OS is Operation System..Im just an amateur, when I operate my laptop, I turn off my bluetooth device (via bluetooth setting not via on/off switch), and when I try to download software, it have a virus and my software broken..so I reinstall my Operation System (Vista Home Premium), include all software&utillity..all software and hardware can succesfully installed, except the bluetooth driver..
When I installed the bluetooth driver in the middle of installation, it ask me to turn on bluetooth with fn+f2 or radio on/off switch, but It doesnt work, my bluetooth still cant installed..(maybe because I turn it off via bluetooth setting)
And when I try the step via DOS like I write above, Its work..and now my bluetooth is come back..
