Bluetooth peripheral device has a problem

hi ,

I am using Dell Inspiron N5010 model - windows 7 home basic 64bit version. Now i have a problem with bluetooth device.I am unable to send my photos to mny mobile on by bluetooth.  Bonding pair with mobile is normal, when i send the photos or pictures to any mobile  i got a alert message that " Bluetooth device not found"

On troubleshooting ,  Bluetooth peripheral device has a problem and to reinstall the driver. please find the screen shot and help to reslove the issue
