What type of device are you sending to/from?  If it's a phone, did you install the driver from the phone manufacturer?

i want to transfer files from laptop to mobile likes songs ,documents etc..

Did you install the driver from the manufacturer of the mobile device (note:  this is NOT the bluetooth driver - the device itself needs a driver)?

since from 2-3 days this option is not coming,before it is works nicely.

my mobile & laptop drivers is working nicely because i use bluetooth headset "Byte"for both of device
