Bright marks on screen

Hi!
About 2 months ago I got a brand new Dell Inspiron 15 (3537) for my 18th birthday, and for my very first year of college.
So far I have really liked my laptop, except for this one problem: About a month ago, while watching some series, I discovered that it had 2 bright marks on the screen. I have made some pictures, but It's a bit difficult see, in real life it's pretty obvious that they're there.+
Ofcourse, ever since I kept noticing them. It's like they're stuck somewhat under my screen, and is mostly visible on a white or a bright background. I waited a couple of weeks, to see if they might disappear, but they didn't. I asked my brother-in-law, who had bought the laptop for me, what I should do, and he said to just contact the support, since the warranty is still running, so here I am.
What should I do?
