Bsod with different error codes/reasons

My dell xps 15z, almost 4 years old, suddenly gives me this blue screen of death while using it, sometimes it comes even before windows finish booting and then it restarts, this started a week ago but then it used to happen once/twice in a day, but since yesterday its quite often, the computer gives bsod within 10-15 mins of booting, all dell hardware diagnosis tests pass. And also its not possible to install another copy to windows because the blue screen appers even while trying to install new windows. And the bsod give different errors everytime, I've just attached one of them.
