Hi SOALAN,

Request you to follow the below steps to burn a disc:

If the computer has Windows XP operating system then, please copy the audio files and save it in an Audio CD format. But if it’s a video file then please save it in a Video CD format.

If the burning software is not available, then we can’t burn the disc

If the computer has a windows 7 operating system, then follow the below steps:

    For Audio Files-

(1) Insert an Empty Disc in the CD/DVD drive.

(2) An ‘auto play’ window will be launched.

(3) Select ‘Burn an audio CD using Windows Media Player’ and wait for Windows Media Player to launch.

(4) Now, select the music you want to burn on the CD.

(5) On the left side of the Windows Media Player window, click on the  ‘Library ‘option

(6) A list of ‘Primary Views ‘will be displayed.

(7) Now you can click on the file and select “Add to Burn List”. Also, you can drag and drop any audio file to the burn list from the right side of the Windows Media Player window.

For Video files-

(1) Click start.

(2) click All Programs, and then click Windows DVD Maker

(3) On the Share your memories on a DVD page, click Choose Photos and Videos.

Do one of the following on the Add pictures and video to the DVD page:

(i) Click on ‘Add items’. Locate and select the video files, pictures and Windows Movie Maker project files that you want to add to your DVD, and then click Add.

(ii) Click File and then click Open Project File. Locate the folder that contains a Windows DVD Maker project file that you want to use for your DVD, click the Windows DVD Maker project file and then click Open.

(4) To arrange items and specify the order that the different items will play from the DVD, click the video that you want to move and then click Move up or Move down. You can also move items by dragging them up or down in the list.

(5) To remove an item from the DVD, select the item you want to remove, and then click Remove items.

(6) When you've finished adding files and customizing your DVD menus, click ‘Burn’.

If you have further questions, reply to the same post.
