Can not boot from Windows bootable usb
Hi I'm trying to repair my Windows I'm stuck on a repairing disk loop. I can enter in to setup and boot manager but carnt get it to boot from the usb. I have an xps 15 l521x

Secure boot must be disabled and legacy boot enabled before a USB device will work to boot the system.

Right booted from it to do a fresh install on the esata I put in and carnt install it says error 0x80300024 and carnt install on the other drive because it says they are gpt partitions then stupidly I formatted the main partition (908 GB) thinking it would be a quick fix but no
Please help
