Can some one please help me? D630 Flash Cache Module problems
got an Intel 1Gb module .. d630 wont recognize .. I know the socket is good, the wwan card gets recognized. I think I may be missing something. any help would be awesome

By default, the FCM is disabled in BIOS setup -- did you enable it?

Yes. Enabled the FCM and made the SATA controller ACHI
