Can you....

I have a Microsoft Natural PS/2 keyboard and it has all of the volume controls (volume, next track, etc.) but they only work on windows media player.  Is there any way to change that so it works with iTunes for windows?

I would have thought that the kb would have come with a drivers or software cd, and that with this installed you should be able to use the controls on the kb in any software suite.

hey, i had the same problem with the normal (side) keys on my 8600 working with itunes. Try installing the driver for a logitech keyboard. Its called the easy internet keyboard i think, it worked for me anyway...
