Hi! This probably would be a motherboard issue and you could call up tech support for replacement.... Regarding the warranty, i think you would need to fill up a form on this site http://tinyurl.com/3o98ss, or it would be best to call their customer care dept at 1-800-624-9897 so that they could do it for you and give you an idea on how long it would take =)
