Can't Find Notebook System Software (NSS) ???

Question

I can't find  Notebook System Software (NSS) in Drivers and Downloads page is their any other name for it? The thing is I just bought a Dell XPS 15 laptop and replaced the hard drive with a SSD and installed a new copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. The Dell XPS 15 did come with Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit installed and Dell drivers, utilities and software but how do I get the Dell stuff   back on the  Windows 7 Ultimate?  I still do have Windows 7 home edition on the hard drive I took out of the Dell but I don't no how to copy it to my SSD this is the reason I installed new windows.

I don't believe the NSS is for Windows 7 so you cant find because it does not exist.
