Changing user name

This may be a simple fix, I just can't find it.  I bought my daughter a laptop for Christmas so I'm trying to get it all set up now so when she opens it, it will be ready to use.  During the set up process I had to sign into my Microsoft account.  Now on the main screen it shows my user name.  I have named the laptop with her name but how to I change this or sign out or whatever?  Thanks!!

Just create another Windows account with her name.

Honestly I have no idea. I guess an account having to do with windows that I must have created at one time or another.  I don't remember creating it but they had my e-mail listed as an account.  My choice was to either sign in or create one.   I didn't want my daughter getting any e-mails before Christmas about this so I used mine.  I went into settings and supposedly changed the account info to her name but it still shows my user name on the desktop screen. I will try to create one for her tomorrow.  Thanks!
