computer stuck in system repair loop
Is it possible to reinstall windows 7 through dos with no installation cd ..My Dell Inspiron 1764 laptop did not come with one when i bought it.

If you are a US customer there is an online request form for Reinstallation Media. Alternatively use the retail media with the phone activation from my wiki Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Downloads.
