COMPUTER WILL NOT TURN ON

COMPUTER WILL NOT TURN ONPLUGGED IN, BATTERY FULLY CHARGED. TRIED TURNING ON WHEN ATTACHED TO BASE, STILL WON'T WORK.  TRIED FULLY CHARGING BATTER IN THE BASE CONNECTING IT TO LAPTOP THEN TRYING TO TURN IT ON, THAT DID NOT WORK. THE GREEN LIGHT ON THE LIGHT PANEL IS GOING ON AND OFF. TRIED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE BUT STILL WILL NOT WORK. PLEASE HELP ME

Are you saying that the power LED is just blinking and wont boot up or anything else? I have the same problem. I have a D510. Anyone know the MB# so I can start searching for a cheap board?

no I did not buy it off the street     by the way yesterday, i have no idea whats going on, after i had left it alone it booted up and i had to go through the testing in order to start the computer......I have no idea what happened

So your saying you left it alone and after several hours of 'power button blinking it booted by itself'? Hmmm I might just plug mine in and let it sit to see what happens.
