Consider replacing your battery message
I purchased a XPS L702X at the end of July this year, it is almost always plugged into the wall outlet, but now I'm receiving a mesaage "there is a problem with your battery, consider replacing"
Can anyone tell me how I can remedy this problem, I'm out of "express warrenty" and I cant see anywhere on the site where I can contact Dell unless I pay for it, which I'm loath to do on an almost new purchase.
Thanks.

Thank you for replying, I just updated the BIOS, with no difference in the battery situation. The battery shouldn't need replacing since it's only a few months old, and the machine is almost never on battery, however, if it's faulty, and does need replacing, any idea how I would go about this through warranty?
