Could you please get the exact message that appears on the startup screen, Also suggest you to try start the computer in safe mode with networking by tapping F8 at dell logo when the computer boots, select safemode with networking. mostly it could be itunes issue. however if you are comfortable following the link below that gives step by step procedure to fix.
Corfoundation.dll was not found if I install the software could fix the problem. Thats all it said. I was given the laptop from a friend and I wanted to delete some unwanted software, but I think I deleted something I should of not deleted. My wireless router in the computer is not working so I have to connect the cable to get internet. Thanks for your help
I am having similar issue and will go to this link to fix. My question is my kids have been unable to download itunes to our laptop. We have a wireless router at our house. But we can't get the download to function properly, then we delete the itunes and this error pops up.
