CPt Bios Problem

I have a Latitude CPt laptop which is going to be used for a job which requires a pc with a slow clockspeed as the software I'm running wont run on a system with a clock speed higher than 300Mhz, software updates are impossible. The bios was corrupted up by the previous owner.

 

The flash chip is removed and in my Eprom programmer, but I cant program it with the correct Bios, as dell dont issue bios BIN files without they are included in a update exe file, which is no good.

 

Does anybody have a CPt with a backed up bios file, as I think this will work, as it's a backup of the bios chip and now an exe file.

 

I've performed this job many times on other pc's without problem, but dell are different to anyone else. Every other bios chip I've reprogrammed has a seperate BIN file to the flash update program.
