hi
 
i have had two inspiron6000's.
recently i had my replacement repaired. i received it back with a defective hd. after receiving the new hd and image still freezing. tech told me to do a pc restore no good i get a load 3pr.
even reset the memory. no fix.
 
i then was on the phone with the garbage tech support. they only wanted me to send it back to now to check what wasn't originally checked at the depot. i even spoke with supervisors. same respond.
told them want a replacement but same answer. i finally called my last time and got the same supervisor i earlier spoke with.he finally approved a replacement. now expect to receive in 7-10 days.
they even told me an executive would call me. they never did. i left two messages. dell really should out of business. the next step if all is not satisfied i go the better business bureau. then my lawyer.
