CTRL Key Came Off?
Tonight.. I went to hit my CTRL key, and the plastic CTRL button came off. Is it that simple for these buttons to come off? I did not push it down with any force other than the normal useage. I tried to push it back on but obviously it will not go back into place. Will they replace my keyboard all together? I only have at home support.. so I am guessing I will hve to put it on.. is it pretty simple to put a new keyboard on

The key should simple clip back in place, it is a simple process to reattach, just realign it corretly, then apply a little pressure. Usually you have to realign it at a slight angle. As long as nothing is broke, and the wire spring is not bend.
