Cursor Cannot Move Up and Down
I am having a brand new Inspiron N4030. When I move my mouse, the cursor can only move side way (left and right). It CANNOT move up and down. It can left click and right click, but cannot scroll. There is nothing wrong with the mouse. Any advice?
