D600 keyboard sensitivity

I am having a problem with my D600 and actually with my other C600 keyboard.  As I type the cursor will skip up a line or 2 and suddenly my characters are entering into the wrong line.  I have to backspace and then point my mouse back to the correct line/word and begin typing again.

Any helpful hints.

Ok, what kind of Keyboard is it?  Is it a Dell Keyboard?  Are their utilties associated with it that may interefere with Windows?  some keyboards come with add-on software that may have unpredictable results.

Thank you, Dell laptop keyboard.  I just reset the sensitivity in control panel.
