D610 will not boot

Question

D610 will not boot at all.  I have tried it in the docking station and out.  I have removed the battery (which has a full charge) and tried booting just hooked up to power.  I have tried booting out of the dock just with the battery.  With all of these attempts the power button and the lights near the caps lock light have blinked but then turned off.  Nothing else happens. Please help!

Since the system is still under warranty, call Dell for service.
