DDPA Question

Hi All,

I wanted to get advice form you all. We have Dell E6510s and E6520s. We would like to add configure Dell's new DDPA software to work with the internal fingerprint scanner. It works perfectly but we have two issues:

1) Because of Single Sign On. How can multiple users access the same machine when it keeps asking for a fingerprint.  If I need to troubleshoot an issue I would have to scan my fingerprint as well on the initial configuration

2) what if the the scanner fails? How would i be able to disable the scanner. Do I have to go into the BIOS to disable it? We have remote users that also have the scanners How would I be able to remote to the machine and try to disable it by the BIOS.

I would really like a solution to this as we are using Authentec which allows for Admin access to disable the software but the software and external fingerprint scanners are not reliable.
