Delete Key not working
The delete key on my Inspiron 13 (2 in 1) has stopped working. There is no Num Lock key either

It is true that the Inspiron 13 (2-1) doesn't have a num lock key, but you shouldn't be having any problems with the delete key.
How long have you noticed this? Do you know if any changes was made to the notebook just prior to when the delete key stopped working? Are you having any problems with any other keys on the keyboard?
one thing to try if you have a spare external keyboard handy is to plug it in and see if you have a problem with the delete key on the external keyboard. If the external keyboard works fine, but you still notice that the delete key doesn't work on the integrated keyboard you may need a service to have the keyboard replaced. When testing the keyboard work in a couple different programs and see if sometimes the delete key works, or if it doesn't work at all regardless of what program you are using.
I will be sending you a friends request in case you find that the delete key doesn't work at all.
