DELL Customer Support

I need to say something about dell customer support. I had some issue with the display of my laptop. I had submitted the system in dell service center kolkata on 10.05.2011. and received on 13.05.2011. But the problem was not solved. Then again I had submitted the system on 13.05.2011 and received on 17.05.2011. But still I am facing the same problem. What type of customer support is that. I am owner of a software company. If dell provides this type of customer support, I will not buy any dell product for my company. I request the management to assign some efficient employees in dell service centers.
