Dell Discount

Hi,

I'm an IEEE member from Kerala, India. I'm wishing to purchase Inspiron laptop.

I've heard Dell is providing discounts for IEEE member. So how much percentage I'll get as discount?

How do I buy laptop using that discount?

I've one more question that the laptop I wished to purchase is removed from dell site. It is updated with few new laptops.

Can I buy the removed laptop again?
