If the seller can't clear the system for you, ask for a refund.  Otherwise, you're adding the cost of a replacement mainboard to the purchase price, as it'll be required to clear up the problem.

The whole purpose of a TPM is to prevent access to the system and its data if it's lost or stolen.  A back door would defeat the purpose of the technology.

Any system with an enabled trusted platform module will have the same issue unless the person who owned/set the security system clears it.

This goes for any system - not just Dell systems.

After a couple of days i found the solution for my problem, if someone else have the same problem here it is:

Remove main battery,

Open laptop (couple of screws),

Locate eprom chip "Winbond 25Q32BVSIG" (password was stored in that chip),

Short circuit 3 and 6 pin on it (any wire should do the job),

Connect only power adapter (not the battery),

And press power button...

Hope this would help someone else...

Best regards....
