Dell inspiron 1545 screen problem
there is a problem with my laptop screen.I can here the os loading and I can here the windows logon sound,but display is totally white.I have posted a photo of my screen

thanx 4 replying. but i don't have any external monitors, but i have another laptop(my friends)is there any way to use that lap to view my 1.
ya, i have dissembled the same brand before, so it will be a easy task, but the problem is that i do not have an external monitor to proceed the next step, i don't have another friends to ask because i am not in my country at the moment,
pls help

i hv to buy a new lcd screen, so how can i know this is 30pin or 40pin... there are 2 kinds of screens

i have the same issue, was this ever resolved? i changed the monitor and that did not work.
my computer works fine with an external monitor. thanks for your time

Hello!
I think I'm with the same problem. It's a photo of my inspiron 1545 screen. How can I have sure that i need a new lcd or if it is just a bad connection?

Ok Dean, but how can i have sure that is the lcd the item that i must replace. Perhaps i should replace the flat cable, righ?

Dear lucastmsa: You kindly send the part number of your previous screen (LCD or LED Panel) to this seller,
on his eBay ID through eBay messages
It will be at the back of your LCD/LED panel? (Note: Part number will look like 156 in middle with some letters) Please see our Installation Video link if you need help with replacing/disassembling the display unit.
