Dell inspiron n5010 error code 2000-0147
Hello,
My laptop is not starting in safe mode or starting windows normally so i tried with self test by diagnostics and got this error.
Error Code 2000-0147. can you please help me

That error simply means you didn't have a blank, writeable disc in the CD/DVD drive to use for testing.
Did you run the extended hard drive test (let the quick tests complete, then boot to the full Dell diagnostics afterward and run the surface test on the hard drive)? This will take a couple of hours to complete.
