Dell Keyboard not functioning correctly even after disabling it
Dell Inspiron 1420 - Vista, it is old one was working perfectly till now.
Issue: the Keys automatically starts typing and performing various keystroke functions, also disabling may keys. Even in BIOS mode key entries were restricted
Solutions tried ( nothing worked):
Disabled the keyboard , used external keyboard USB ( doesn't resolved)
bought new dell keyboard, didn't resolved the issue
Ran in safe mode, issue persist
Formatted to factory default mode, issue persist
Observation: I see multimedia keys always blinking randomly ( can this be multimedia keys, interfacing with keyboard.
I planned to remove it but it was soldered across. please confirm if I shall disable this keyboard ( hardware) as extra step, if Yes shall I remove solder or there is workaround.
Any guidance would be help if any other option to be tried

As my curiosity and timelines were ending, I dared to rip out the soldering connecting to Multimedia keys/buttons circuit board, then put a tape around the ribbon cable end, booted my system. VOLA it worked no automatic typing, no freaky ghost playing on my system. Still keeping finger crossed as I unplugged only one side, i hope it does not impact and driver or systems.
I will try to find the part if available in market.
I was on edge to buy new laptop, as this issue was running for 6 months. saved me few more bucks. Will try to check if this can support Windows 8 or later as it is core2 DUO 3 GB ram.
