Dell Secure Manager

I have run Dell Secure Manager Control, and registered my Fingerprint for login. Now the computer is completely blocked just in the boot time where i've been asked to supply a password and I have put the only password I have set. The screen shows as follows:

"This computer system, # -1D3B, is protected by a password authentication system. You can not access the data on this computer without the correct password. Please type the system or administrator password."

The computer model is PRECISION M6600
