Dell Studio Design Query

Question

Hi Users, There is a big question that neither Dell team including Sales/Customer care/ Online support/Dell chat or anyone could answer because they don't know. its a simple question. where are the  multimedia keys located in the latest studio 1558 keyborad, The pictures say its on the black panel above the keyboard, but what i got on the new laptop yesterday had them embedded with the function keys. I called Dell like 4 times yesterday and was forwarded here and there but NOONE could address this issue in a proper manner.  they were actually ready to initiate the return process for me. ! This is insane and so annoying. I was so excited bout this laptop but not anymore. Second issue,  Theres no windows sticker on the laptop and they didnt supply me with Windows CD and utility CD either. I just dscovered it. :( This is getting on my nerves.  Can somebody please post pictures or send me an email with the latest Dell studio 1558 laptop if they bought recetly so that I would know that I didnt receive the old model and I am upto date.   Thanks in advance
