Dell Support Centre (software)
Hi all.
I was hoping that someone could help me out here. I just got a M102z notebook and was using the Dell Support Centre program that was pre-installed when it asked to update. I did as asked and the update failed. the program became unuseable. I then found the program on the dell website and reinstalled now it says it is not licenced to use on my computer. any ideas

Did you uninstall the program first, before downloading and installing it?

Hi Cutterk,
Welcome to the Community. Click on start, click on control panel, add remove programs, and uninstall Dell Support Center, and restart your computer. After restart, click on the below link to download and install Dell Support Center back on your computer.

that reinstalled it but it comes up saying, license autherization failure when i run the program
