Hello Everyone, I emailed Dell Support regarding a lockup/freeze problem I'm having with my 600m laptop (3 months old).  So far, I received two emails back (appears to be automated responses) and both are absolutely no help.  Basically, emails suggests to check all the possible failures that can occur within PC/laptop (i.e. hardware & software).  Of course it's one of those things causing the problem.  If it wasn't, the laptop would be working fine.  Can I expect Dell to actually follow up on my request?  Or do  they end it with those two automated responses?  Any experiences? I need to fix this freezing/lockup problem quickly since I use the laptop for my business.  Should I call instead? jhlee

No.

You should post every detail about your problems and errors (including exact wording) in here. If it turns out to be a software problem, find the board for your OS and do the same. Chances are you'll get it fixed right here.
