Dell Webcam Central

Question

OK so, I have Dell webcam central on my laptop. And when I first got my laptop, in December, Dell webcam central worked. And I still have it installed but it never come's up, like it is not installed. And when I go to uninstall a program Dell webcam central is listed in the programs. But when I click on it, an error message come's up saying, But every time I try to install a dell webcam central it say's the version I have is to comprehensive and that the version I was installing will not be installed. PLEASE HELP..

Hi Twilighter,

I suggest that you uninstall the webcam central both from Device Manager and also from ‘Program and features’.

Next download the Webcam Central software from the link given below:

http://ftp.us.dell.com/monitors/Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe

Please check if the webcam is working after the software installation or let me know if you are facing any issue while installing.
