Dell XPS m1530 Problem

Hello everyone,

i have a serious heat problem with my notebook, I bought it 1.5 years ago. The problem started after a half year later i bought this notebook. First time i thought it was virus or a trojan so i formatted the system.  However it didnt work. I formatted 3 times but its still the same. I have no problem first 15 minutes after i start the notebook. After 15 minutes the heat of notebook is getting high and make the cpu slower. For example i cannot watch hd movies its really slow. I cant even play simple old game. I play like in a slow motion mod. Heat makes it that slow. I was patient first times but i cant handle anymore so i decided to post this so i can maybe figure out the problem with your help.

The overheating is the cause of the slowdowns.  Check to make sure the heatsink isn't coated in dust, and that the fan is working properly (Dell diagnostics for the latter;  F12 at powerup).
