Dell XPS15Z disk error

Question

Hi, I have a disk error on my XPS15Z. I ran a diagnostic and got: Error code 2000-0142 Validation 534 Msg: Hard Drive 0 - S/N WD-WX11EC1F3775, self test unsuccessful. Status = 79 Do I have to replace my hard drive and if so, can I send it to get replaced? I am still under warranty.

Error Code 2000-0142 means hard drive needs replacement. You can send the laptop or get a technician visit to get the part replaced.

Is the parts and labor covered under the warranty? Also, where do I send it to, or is there a technician in Hawaii (96818)? Service tag: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
