DellD600 and D-Dock docking station boot problem
Hi
I have a D600 which works perfectly out of the docking station.
When I put the laptop into the D dock station it won't boot. This started suddenly, it gets as far as the BIOS screen and the progress bar runs to complete but it doesn't get any further.
The power supply is OK as far as I know
I have not installed anything different since doing this.
I have cleaned all the contacts and wiped away any dust.
Any thoughts?
Cheers
Ronan

Not sure if you can find another docking station, but I think it might be the dock.... I am almost possitvie I had this issue with a d600 here at work before and replaced the dock and everything worked great.
Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions.
It turned out to be because my iPod was plugged into the D-Dock!
Can't remember if I had this problem before as I usually charge my iPod elsewhere and just update it every so often from my PC.
Thanks again
