Desperate for some help please....

Hi Everyone

I am in need of some help please.  I just got delivered a new latitude laptop for a new member of staff arriving tomorrow! I tried to set up as and organisation owned laptop, so I typed in my microsfot 365 details as it asked me to, then the name of my employee - now its asking me foe 'other user' email and password - just to get into the laptop, like mine does when it locks after a few minutes.  I don't know what email or password to use..... I have tried mine, but that doesn't work.  I'm at my wits end and in tears as these simple jobs always turn into loads of hassle! I should have just set it up as owned by her.  Can anyone help - can I reset the laptop so it goes back to factory settings and I can start again... :(
