Diagnostics Utilities Fatal Error

after burning the files downloaded from dell website, i boot from the CD and when i try to run "delldiag" the system gives me "TNT.10013" error that has something to do with insufficient memory.....it least thats what it says on the screen.

any ideas? i need to run this utility in order to test my speakers.
