Directional buttons
I'm having issues with the directional buttons (up, down, left, right) on my laptop.
When I scroll down (whether in my browser, a document, or even a file folder) the directional button works just fine. I can scroll down one line or file at a time, but when I push 'up' instead of moving up only one line, it jumps back to the top of the document/folder/page.
I can't find anything online about this issue (caret browsing is OFF) and it is VERY irritating. The other directional keys work just fine, its just the 'up' key.
For example: If I was reading this post and scrolled down too far, if I tried to push the up key to see the line I passed, instead of just scroll up to that one line, it takes me back to the top of the page. It does this in file folders and word documents as well. Like pushing ctrl+home.
Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix it?
I have restarted my computer multiple times, and it still does it.
HELP!!!

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. It looks like an issue with the scroll. Press the FN + F5 to turn off scroll.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.

Thanks - a few minutes after I posted the question, I stopped having the issue. I don't know what I did or what happened, but its back to normal now. If it happens again, I'll be sure to try that. Thanks again!
