Disable Keyboard Backlight
Hello friends at the Dell Forum,
I have an Inspiron 13-7359 and I'd like to disable the keyboard backlight so it's off all the time. When I turn it off in Mobiliy Center, it turns itself on after reboot or sleep. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for writing to us.
Please update the BIOS and then the quickset application from this link
www.dell.com/.../advanced
Select your operating system and install as suggested. Try to turn off the backlight again, restart and check.
Let us know how it goes.
Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under. Also we need the contact number and email address.
